I’m back with a variation of the birthday card I posted here. This one is for my sister-in-law who decorates with leaves and leaf patterns. Once again I’m using The Greetery’s Shortbread Shapes Rectangle: Autumn embossed with Cocoa Bean cardstock.

The Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Labels work perfectly for a focal point. I used The Greetery’s Botanical Cuts: Mighty Oak. The leaves were die cut from Bristol cardstock and watercolored. Before adding them to the label, I gold embossed a greeting from the Simple Everyday Mini Sentiments. Instead of a shaped card, I added the panel to a Kraft card base which matches the label. I tied the leaves together with a tiny bow made with twine.

This card is off to the CAS on Friday Challenge: Embossed Background, AAA Colorful: Autumn Hues, and the Card Concept: Fall Harvest. My card fits their definition of Clean and Layered. You can see all their definitions here.
